Our substrate is formulated from a precise blend of wood chips, corn cobs, and selected raw materials, optimized for robust mushroom cultivation. Through our proprietary process—including substrate fermentation, 121°C sterilization for six hours, and full colonization in 45 days—we ensure vigorous mycelial growth, eliminate contamination, and extend product shelf life. Our dedicated R&D team has cultivated mushroom spawn that grows faster, yields more, resists disease better, develops uniformly, and adapts widely. This consistent focus on quality delivers reliably higher harvests compared to traditional methods, providing growers with stable and predictable results every cycle.
Each block is pre-inoculated and fully colonized, so mushrooms start growing as soon as they arrive.

While ordinary mushroom fruiting blocks average 500 g, our optimized blocks produce 550–650 g of high-quality king oyster mushrooms.

Following full colonization, our mushroom blocks are pre-cooled to 0–3 ℃ to enter dormancy.
