Brazilian Academy of Sciences Academician Visits Lisha Fungi To Explore Smart Agriculture Collaboration
Brazilian Academy of Sciences Academician visited Lisha Fungi’s headquarters and intelligent production base in China yesterday, exploring new pathways for global smart agriculture cooperation.During the visit, the delegation toured Lisha Fungi’s intelligent facilities , focusing on the complete industrial process from raw material fermentation and automated sterilization to intelligent cultivation. The academician expressed high appreciation for the company’s annual production capacity of 170 million substrate blocks and the “Ready-to-Fruit” mature blocks technology. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on key technical aspects such as strain optimization and intelligent environmental control.
The academician particularly praised Lisha precise environmental control system, stating, “Lisha Fungi’s integration of industrial standards with agricultural biotechnology provides valuable experience for global resource efficiency and sustainable food production. This has significant reference value for agricultural development in Brazil and other regions with similar climates”.
Both sides conducted constructive discussions on edible fungus cultivation technologies for tropical climates and cooperation prospects in the South American market.
This visit marks an important connection between China’s leading industrialized edible fungus enterprise and a top South American research institution, paving the way for deep collaboration in agricultural technology innovation, collaborating with global scientific research forces to advance the edible fungus industry toward a smarter and more sustainable future.
