Production Process

The Science Behind Your Yield.

A Precise, Clean, and Sustainable Closed-Loop System

Testament to Unwavering Quality

At the heart of our process lies the transformation of natural growth patterns into controllable industrial standards, enabling us to consistently supply the global market with high-quality, traceable, and delicious king oyster mushroom every day.

We transform premium, scientifically formulated substrates into fully colonized “Ready-to-Fruit” blocks. The process encompasses tunnel fermentation, high-temperature sterilization, automated inoculation in cleanrooms, and a 45-day controlled spawn run. Finally, intelligent climate systems guide the fruiting, and spent substrate is recycled, completing a sustainable cycle from raw materials to harvest.

Cultivation Process - Timeline Style

King Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Process

1

Scientific Formulation

Quality starts at the base: Our substrate uses wood chips and corncobs as primary carbon sources, enhanced with refined nitrogen sources (soybean meal, bran) for balanced nutrition.

2

Fermentation

Pretreatment (tunnel fermentation, soaking, mixing) activates nutrients, creating an optimal foundation for vigorous mycelial growth.

3

Automated Bagging

Blended substrate is precisely filled into bags via a fully automated line, forming standardized, uniform mushroom cultivation blocks.

4

Sterilization

Blocks undergo strict high-pressure sterilization: 121°C for 6 hours in specialized chambers. Real-time online monitoring guarantees 100% sterility for every block.

5

Two-stage Cooling

To protect substrate vitality, we use a gentle two-step process: natural cooling → controlled cooling room precision, avoiding shock from sudden temperature drops.

6

Aseptic Inoculation

Core inoculation in a Class 100 Cleanroom: Pure liquid spawn (cultured under laminar flow hoods) is quantitatively applied via automation—ensuring maximum purity and spawn vitality.

7

Spawn Running

Inoculated blocks are nurtured in professional incubation rooms for 45 days. Mycelium fully colonizes the substrate, absorbing all nutrients to form plump, robust "ready-to-fruit" blocks.

8

Intelligent Fruiting

Mature blocks move to smart fruiting rooms, where a central control system fine-tunes temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels, and light to replicate the mushroom’s native ideal climate. After ~18 days, plump, firm king oyster mushrooms are harvest-ready.

9

Ecological Recycling

Post-harvest spent substrate—rich in organic matter—is processed into high-quality organic fertilizer, returning to farmland to complete the sustainable cycle: from nature, back to nature.
