Turkish Diplomats Visit Lisha Fungi to Advance Agri-Tech Cooperation
A Turkish diplomatic delegation, led by the Commercial Consul, visited Lisha Fungi’s headquarters to discuss smart agriculture cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. The delegation toured Lisha’s full-chain production system and examined its smart cultivation technologies.
Lisha founder Sun Xiaotao highlighted the company’s successful project producing 20 million king oyster mushroom blocks annually in Turkey, which has enhanced local industry efficiency through localized operations and Chinese technology.
The Consul praised the collaboration as a model of BRI mutual benefit, stating that it “opens promising new avenues for Turkey-China economic and trade cooperation.”
Both sides discussed expanding cooperation, including establishing a technical service center in Turkey, developing climate-adapted strains, and exploring equipment manufacturing opportunities. The visit reinforces Lisha’s growing role in Turkey and signals strengthening international recognition of China’s agricultural innovation.
